About the motorcycle tours

What is the difficulty level of Eleven Riders' motorcycle tours?

Our tours are designed to be an adventure. Most routes cover mixed roads (asphalt and off-road trails) in varying conditions. While you don’t need to be an expert off-road rider, we highly recommend having a minimum of previous touring experience on both paved and unpaved surfaces to comfortably enjoy the journey.

Since these are mixed-nature tours (off-road and asphalt), bringing a passenger (pillion) is not recommended. However, on some tours, it is possible or there is an option for the passenger to travel in a 4×4 support vehicle. Please contact us to evaluate your specific case.
Generally, the price includes accommodation, breakfast and/or some meals and dinners, detailed routes and tracks, the accompanying guide, support vehicles, and motorcycle rental (if specified). Flights, fuel, certain meals, travel insurance, and personal expenses are usually not included. You should always check the “What’s Included” section of each specific tour for confirmation.
The motorcycles offered are rental bikes sourced from verified partners that we have personally tested. The specific models depend on the region, but they are generally Adventure-style (Trail) motorcycles from reputable manufacturers like BMW, CFMoto, Honda, Yamaha, etc. These bikes are ideal and perfectly suited for adventure touring of this nature.
As our name suggests, we aim for the groups to be around eleven riders! We keep groups relatively small to ensure a better and more enjoyable experience for everyone.
Our guides speak English and our main communication language will be English. Also, our guides speak Spanish, Catalan, and Russian natively.
Based on the specific tour, we offer mechanical support vehicles on some routes and a luggage support vehicle on all tours.
Yes, an International Motorcycle Driving Permit is required.

Yes, of course. While we make every effort to accommodate these requirements and have our local contacts cook accordingly, please note that in some regions of the world, satisfying all specific dietary needs can be challenging.

About the signup process

How far in advance do I need to book a tour?
The sooner, the better! We have a limited number of spots, and they may run out, in which case you would be placed on a waiting list.
Upon submitting the form, you will receive an email with instructions for paying the deposit to secure your place. As the travel dates approach, we will send participants detailed information via email to prepare the route and get everything ready. You will be informed when the departure is confirmed, and from that moment on, you may book your flights and pay the remaining balance.

To confirm attendance, you are required to complete the registration form and make a deposit payment to reserve your spot. The amount will be sent to you by email once your registration is submitted. The schedule for the remaining balance payment will be communicated via email as the tour date approaches.

Payment is generally made via bank transfer.
The booking conditions are specified in the registration form and are unique to each tour. Generally, deposits are non-refundable after a specific date. However, there is the possibility of purchasing cancellation insurance to cover cancellation costs.

About the MOTORBIKES

What documentation or license is required for motorcycle rental?

You are required to present your International Motorcycle Driving Permit and your passport.

For our specific tours, this limit does not apply because the route mileage is pre-agreed upon with the rental company.
Generally, rentals require a cash deposit ranging from $500 to $800, which serves as the limit of liability. This money will be refunded upon returning the motorcycle, after deducting any possible damages, which will be assessed on the spot by the rental company.
The rental company we partner with provides a solution in these cases. They will either repair the motorcycle or replace it. The motorcycles are always thoroughly inspected before the tours.
We recommend carrying a small backpack with useful items for the day’s stage on the bike, and placing your main luggage in the support vehicle.
